A. MASTER PLANNING
1.ANALYSIS & REVIEW
It all begins with examining the existing site infrastructure and gathering all required information, including a thorough review of all agency requirements and any feasibility findings. Issues are identified & addressed up front to avoid costly overruns and delays.
2.PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT
In concert with your team, we will develop a program that addresses your operations, entertainment value, capacity, and budget. Critical functions such as management & staff operations, cash & ticket handling, rentals, and retail opportunities are included. Plans for future expansion will also be addressed.
3.PARK PLAN & CONCEPT
Based off the program findings a full park plan is developed. This Master Plan is a buildable concept that serves as a roadmap to achieving your goals, accounting for and confirming key project factors early in the process, such as estimated cost to build, operating budgets, and capacity.
4.BUDGETING & FEASIBILITY CONFIRMATON
Upon final confirmation of the concept and findings in feasibility studies, overall project costs and schedules will be projected that respect the project's goals, budget, and timing requirements, and a complete design/build cost of all specialty aquatic features will be provided. This process will provide you with all the information you need to begin your next phase of project development.

B. PROJECT MANAGEMENT
1.THE PLAN
Through the development of detailed written plan guidelines, we work with your team to establish a master program document that will serve to guide the overall process. This includes scope of work, design & brand, timelines, team structure and communication path, project and operating budgets.
2.THE PROCESS
Atlantis Pool’s Project Manager gathers and analyzes data early and throughout the process to ensure that decisions on design & branding are in alignment with overall goals and are considered against all project factors including costs, engineering, operations, marketing, and feature attractions.
3.TEAM COMMUNICATION
A critical step of the program process is the development of the project team. Clearly identified roles and responsibilities are outlined and a project process chart is developed. This document provides a focused structure for information management and dissemination amongst all team members.
4.PROJECT OVERSIGHT
As the project advances, new data often arises throughout the process that requires adjustment to the original plan. A managed program ensures all necessary project factors are considered, and any necessary modifications are communicated and acted upon in a timely, coordinated manner.
